產(chǎn)品介紹 | 核小體由四個核心組蛋白(H2A、H2B、H3和H4)組成,是染色質(zhì)的主要組成部分。核小體將DNA包裹并壓縮成染色質(zhì),限制DNA進(jìn)入細(xì)胞機(jī)制。組蛋白H4是參與真核細(xì)胞染色質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的五種主要組蛋白之一。H4具有一個主要的球狀結(jié)構(gòu)域和一個長的N末端尾巴,它參與了“串珠”組織的核小體結(jié)構(gòu)。組蛋白是高度翻譯后修飾的。共價鍵合修飾包括N端尾部的乙酰化和甲基化。這些修飾可能改變位于與其親本組蛋白八聚體相關(guān)的DNA上的基因的表達(dá)。 |
