Post-translational modifications: Ubiquitinated; mediated by SIAH1 and leading to its subsequent proteasomal degradation. Phosphorylated by NLK on multiple sites, which induces proteasomal degradation. Similarity: Contains 3 HTH myb-type DNA-binding domains.
