Small GTP-binding proteins of the Ras superfamily function as molecular switches in fundamental events such as signal transduction, cytoskeleton dynamics and intracellular trafficking. There are two isoforms. Function: Guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF). Similarity: Contains 1 N-terminal Ras-GEF domain. Contains 1 Ras-GEF domain.
