IL-10 protein is a cytokine produced primarily by monocytes and to a lesser extent by lymphocytes. This cytokine has pleiotropic effects in immunoregulation and inflammation. It down-regulates the expression of Th1 cytokines, MHC class II Ags, and costimulatory molecules on macrophages. It also enhances B cell survival, proliferation, and antibody production. This cytokine can block NF-kappa B activity, and is involved in the regulation of the JAK-STAT signaling pathway. Knockout studies in mice suggested the function of this cytokine as an essential immunoregulator in the intestinal tract. 白細(xì)胞介素-10(IL-10)是主要由Th2細(xì)胞所產(chǎn)生的一種細(xì)胞因子,活化的B細(xì)胞、單核巨噬細(xì)胞和枯否氏細(xì)胞(Kupffer's cell)等也可產(chǎn)生IL-10。它是以抑制Th細(xì)胞克隆細(xì)胞因子合成為特點(diǎn)的多效免疫調(diào)節(jié)因子。 白介素-10是維護(hù)細(xì)胞因子網(wǎng)絡(luò)平衡的重要負(fù)調(diào)節(jié)因子。其作用機(jī)制可能是降低抗原遞呈細(xì)胞MHCⅡ類抗原表達(dá),或誘導(dǎo)抗原遞呈細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生另一種細(xì)胞因子,改變細(xì)胞內(nèi)信號(hào)傳遞途徑,從而選擇性抑制某些細(xì)胞因子mRNA轉(zhuǎn)錄,并與Th2細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生的IL-4、IL-5有協(xié)同作用。 |
