A defined receptor-binding domain (RBD) on S mediates this interaction.The S protein plays key parts in the induction of neutralizing-antibody and T-cell responses, as well as protective immunity. |

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human ACE2, His-Avi Tag (Cat: bs-46001P) at 2μg/ml (100ul/Well) can bind SARS-CoV-2 Spike RBD, His-Avi Tag (Cat: bs-46003P) , the EC50 is 103.11ng/ml.
The purity of the protein is greater than 90% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.
