| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Ractopamine is a drug that is used as a feed additive to promote leanness in pigs raised for their meat. Pharmacologically, it is a beta-adrenoceptor agonist. It is the active ingredient in products known as Paylean for swine and Optaflexx for cattle, developed by Elanco Animal Health, a division of Eli Lilly and Company, for use in food animals for growth promotion. Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. Paylean是一種飼料添加劑，是美國Elanco Lilly公司的注冊商標并被美國FDA于今年7月份批準生產(chǎn)僅在養(yǎng)豬生產(chǎn)中使用，它能進一步提高肌肉組織生長速度和效率。它含有萊克多巴胺的鹽酸鹽，是提高肌肉蛋白生長和飼料效率的小分子。Ractopamine是phenethanolamines成員之一。Paylean不是一種激素、類固醇、抗生素，也不是生物工程產(chǎn)物。它已經(jīng)被證實在150~240的最后90磅體重期間的飼料中添加4.5~18克/噸，已經(jīng)被美國食品藥物管理局廣泛而反復評估了其有效性和安全性。大量的試驗證明ractopamine添加量在18克/噸在商品豬上市前90磅的效果。在這些試驗中，ractopamine提高無脂瘦肉34%。Ractopamine在提高生長速度的同時降低了采食量。第10肋背膘厚降低13.7%,瘦肉量提高11%，屠宰率能從73.3%提高到74.4%，產(chǎn)生增加1.5%的效果。 |
