保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Sequence:: H-Arg-Lys-Asp-Val-Tyr-OH MW: 679.8 Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 胸腺五肽的作用之一是誘導(dǎo)T細(xì)胞分化。它可選擇性地誘導(dǎo)Thy-1-的前胸腺細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)化為Thy-1+的T細(xì)胞。其T細(xì)胞分化作用由胞內(nèi)cAMP水平升高介導(dǎo)。胸腺五肽的另一基本作用是對成熟外周血T細(xì)胞的特異受體結(jié)合,使胞內(nèi)cAMP水平上升,從而誘發(fā)一系列胞內(nèi)反應(yīng),這也是它免疫調(diào)節(jié)功能的基礎(chǔ)。在正常機(jī)體狀態(tài)下胸腺五肽顯現(xiàn)免疫刺激作用,能顯著增高脾淋巴細(xì)胞的E玫瑰花結(jié)形成率及轉(zhuǎn)化率,對免疫應(yīng)答的初次或再次反應(yīng)的不同階段都有增強(qiáng)作用,能增多IgM類型和IgG或IgA類型的抗體形成細(xì)胞。胸腺五肽還可增強(qiáng)巨噬細(xì)胞的吞噬功能,增加多形核嗜中性白細(xì)胞的酶和吞噬功能,升高循環(huán)抗體含量,增強(qiáng)紅細(xì)胞免疫功能。胸腺五肽能活化CD4和CD8陽性細(xì)胞,使專一的Tc細(xì)胞壽命維持更長時(shí)間,同時(shí)也可活化Th細(xì)胞,誘導(dǎo)Ts細(xì)胞的功能。胸腺五肽的抗感染力和治療作用與它增進(jìn)TC細(xì)胞活性相關(guān)。在抗感染免疫中適量胸腺五肽可明顯增加干擾素的產(chǎn)生。誘導(dǎo)和促進(jìn)T細(xì)胞分化成熟;調(diào)節(jié)T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群比例使CD4/CD8趨于正常 ;增強(qiáng)巨噬細(xì)胞吞噬功能 ;增強(qiáng)紅細(xì)胞免疫功能 ;提高自然殺傷細(xì)胞的活力 ;提高白介素-2的產(chǎn)生水平與受體表達(dá)水平;增強(qiáng)外周血單核細(xì)胞γ干擾素的產(chǎn)生 ;增強(qiáng)血清中SOD活性。 |
