| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Function: May be involved in protection of cells from UV-induced cell death. Subunit: Interacts (when monoubiquitinated at Lys-15 and Lys-24)with PCNA. Interacts with isoform 2/p33ING1b of ING1. Interacts with BRCA1. Subcellular Location: Nucleus. Cytoplasm, perinuclear region. Tissue Specificity: Expressed predominantly in liver, pancreas and placenta. Not detected in heart or brain. Highly expressed in a number of tumors, especially esophageal tumors, in anaplastic thyroid carcinomas and in non-small-cell lung cancer lines.
