| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Cyan Fluorescent Protein (CFP) is a genetic mutant of green fluorescent protein (GFP) originally derived from the jellyfish Aequorea victoria. The fluorescence of EYFP was detected with an excitation filter of 485 nm and an emission filter of 545 nm, and that of ECFP was detected with filters of 420 and 486 nm (Perkin Elmer), respectively. In the present reporter assay, EYFP and ECFP were selected as a reporter protein and an internal control for normalization of transfection, respectively.
